Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan are set to share the screen for the first time in an upcoming supernatural thriller film directed by Vikas Bahl. The yet-to-be-titled film will be produced by Ajay Devgn, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak under the banner Ajay Devgn Ffilm and Panorama Studios.
The film will be extensively shot in Mumbai, Mussoorie, and London, and is currently in the pre-production stage. R Madhavan was last seen in Dhokha Around D Corner and Rocketry.
The movie is expected to be a supernatural thriller, and Madhavan will be essaying a pivotal role. The film is expected to create massive anticipation among the audiences, and the powerhouse star cast is sure to increase the excitement.
Film Is Remake Of Gujarati Film Vash
Gujarati family-entertainer Vash released in 2023 and did well at the box office. Vash in Gujarati starred Hiten Kumar, Hitu Kanodia, Janki Bodiwala, Niilam Paanchal and Aaryan Sanghvi.
And who’s the female lead. We are told that Bahl, Devgn and Mangat have not yet taken the final call. A few names have been shortlisted, though. Ajay Devgn, Mangat and his son Abhishek Pathak are producing this film under the banner of Panorama Studios.
It’s a supernatural thriller and will go on floors in June this year. Vikas has already started the pre-production work on the film and is all gearing up to commence shooting in a fortnight. The film will be shot in Mumbai, Mussoorie and London over the period of next 2 months,” revealed a source close to the development, adding further that the entire team is supremely excited to bring this unique spin chilling experience to the big screen.
Ajay Devgn is known for his versatility in Bollywood and has starred in a number of successful films. Vikas Bahl, on the other hand, is a critically acclaimed director known for his work in films like Queen and Super 30.

The yet untitled supernatural thriller will mark the reunion of Ajay Devgn with Panorama Studios after the success of Drishyam 2 and will hit the big screen sometime in 2024. Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn is presently busy shooting for director Abhishek Kapoor’s next, which marks the acting debut of his nephew Aaman Devgan. The actor has also completed major chunk of Neeraj Pandey’s next, Auron Mein Kaha Dum Tha.
On calling it a wrap on this supernatural thriller, Ajay will move on to the much-awaited Singham Againwith Rohit Shetty. The fourth instalment of SinghamFranchise is slated to hit the big screen during the Independence Day 2024 weekend and will go on floors in the month of August this year. Ajay also has the Amit Sharma directed Maidaan up for release next, which is carrying positive reports within the industry.
